Pet-Friendly Accommodations
At Hotel Caza, we don't just accommodate pets — we celebrate them. Our pet policy is designed to make every four-legged guest feel right at home. Guests are welcome to bring pets weighing up to 50 pounds to any of our pet-friendly rooms, which are strategically located on the ground floor, making arrivals and departures a convenient breeze.
(Please note: there is a one-time pet fee that covers a thorough room deep cleaning, special in-room pet amenities, and even a take-home doggie bag to remember your stay. For our guests with certified service animals, this fee is waived.)
Policies and Procedures
We do have a few simple guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. Pets and service animals must be leashed or in a carrier when in public areas, with extra care requested around food and beverage locations. Your pet should always remain with you for their safety and the comfort of other guests. We kindly ask that you schedule any housekeeping or maintenance requests for times when your pet is not in the room, and we also will need you to complete a waiver at check-in.

We mentioned earlier that Fisherman's Wharf is an extremely pet-friendly area, and for good reason. While here, we recommend a visit to Francisco Park, a dedicated dog park just steps from Hotel Caza. Francisco offers an expansive off-leash area where your pup can run, play, and socialize. The park's stunning views of the San Francisco Bay provide a picturesque backdrop for your dog's playtime. Directly across the street from the hotel, Joseph Conrad Square offers the perfect spot for quick walks, and letting your dog stretch their legs between indoor adventures.

The Yap USA Store in nearby Ghirardelli Square and the Bow Wow & Kitty Too! store at Pier 39 ensure you can pick up any last-minute necessities for your four-legged companion. Many Fisherman's Wharf area restaurants also welcome pets, offering outdoor seating where your furry friend can join you. The area's walkable streets make for perfect strolling adventures, as well — from waterfront promenades with stunning bay views to the bustling walkways of the piers, you'll find endless opportunities for exploration.
